HALTERES TEASER!!!

OK guys, here's my new and improved query. I slightly modified it due to spoilers contained therein. Let me know what you think!

Halteres lives. Many think they’re the center of the universe. Well, Nyk is. He just doesn’t know it yet. No one knows, except for Archon. Nyk is about to become the most coveted being on the planet, for within his atomic structure lies the power to alter its future.

Halteres has awoken. The source of all power awaits deliverance. Time has come for the Kynoi to reemerge, and bring with it calibration; punctuated equilibrium with extreme prejudice.

Halteres has spoken. It is the conduit for the Kynoi. And Nyk is the key. Only he can assemble the components necessary to open the portal. Only he can alter the planet’s destiny. He is the Nexus.

Halteres is hungry. Nyk’s self-imposed exile exposes his power to those who yearn for it, and those who wish to exploit it. His journey brings together the Comrades of the Kynoi; a multi-species troupe of gifted misfits from across the planet; guided by their own powers to join him, protect him, save him. While Archon seeks to use this power to escape the planet.

Halteres is dying. Nyk and his Comrades must find out that some forces shouldn’t be meddled with before the fate of the entire planet is decided. What begins as a journey of self-discovery for one gifted soul turns into an epic struggle for survival; a precursor to global war.

HALTERES is a science fiction/fantasy of 105,000 words with series potential. It is complete with appendices that include a glossary, technical information and maps.
